Secondly, know that building muscle mass takes serious dedication in the gym and, more importantly, in the kitchen. Perform muscle-building exercises with a quality fitness training program 3-4 days per week. Challenging yourself each and every workout will set your body up for a state of growth, while consuming plenty of muscle building foods will facilitate that growth.
